We offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your guitar. The instrument must be in original condition with all original packaging included.
Are the guitars set up before shipping?
Yes, every Baum guitar undergoes a comprehensive inspection and professional setup in our Denmark workshop to ensure it is stage-ready upon arrival.
